Netherlands invoice details to check

Use the VAT identification number intended for customers and add your KVK number to the business details where required.

If using a small-business exemption, confirm its conditions and include appropriate wording. Do not add VAT just because the standard rate is available.

Include both parties’ legal names and addresses, the supply date, an invoice number and a clear description of the work or goods. For public-sector or other mandatory electronic invoices, use the receiving authority’s accepted system.
