Using the templates

You may download, edit and use our invoice templates for your own personal or business invoicing, including invoices you send to clients. Do not resell the unmodified template files or present this website as your own service.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and calculations in your invoice, the right to use the information you enter, and compliance with requirements that apply to your business. Do not use the service to create deceptive invoices or misrepresent a payment.

A starting point for your paperwork

The templates and guidance are general tools, not legal, tax or accounting advice. We do not promise that a template meets every jurisdiction's requirements. Review the final document before sending and seek appropriate advice when needed.

Availability and records

The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access. Keep your own copies and backups. Browser drafts can be lost when storage is cleared, and the editor does not track whether a client has paid.

Third-party apps

Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs and Google Sheets are products of their respective owners. This site is independent and is not endorsed by those companies. Their services may have separate terms and account requirements.
