Your invoice details

The online editor processes invoice details in your browser. We do not receive or save the business names, client details, line items or payment instructions you enter. PDF, Excel and Word exports and JSON backups are created on your device.

Optional saved drafts

If you turn on “Remember this draft on this device,” the editor saves the draft in your browser's local storage. It remains until you turn the option off, clear browser storage or remove it through your browser. Other people using that browser profile may be able to access it. A downloaded backup also contains your invoice details; keep it private.

Website requests and hosting

Cloudflare hosts this site and may process ordinary connection data, such as IP addresses, request times and requested URLs, to deliver and protect the website. Do not put invoice details in a URL. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics in the current site.

Downloads and external services

Downloading our templates does not require an account. If you open a file in Microsoft or Google services, their privacy policies apply. We do not access your Microsoft account, Google account or cloud files.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive the address and content you send so we can respond. Please send only what is needed and remove private client or payment information. Contact us to request deletion of a support message, subject to any necessary recordkeeping.
