Prepare your details before editing a Canva invoice template

  1. Gather your business name, address, customer details, invoice number and dates.
  2. List each product or service with its quantity, unit price and amount.
  3. Check the subtotal, any tax or discount, and the final total. Recheck them whenever you change a price or quantity.
  4. Add the payment instructions, review the downloaded document, and keep a copy for your records.

Canva’s official invoice template library offers editable visual layouts. If your priority is calculating amounts while you enter items, use our simple invoice tool or sales invoice tool.

Can I open this site’s invoice in Canva?

We do not offer a native Canva template link or synchronize invoice data with Canva. Use the official library above to edit in Canva, or finish your invoice in one of our online tools.

Does choosing a design cover my tax requirements?

No. The layout does not determine which taxes or registration details belong on an invoice. Use our tax invoice template selector to find a template and guidance for your country or region.
