How to use this Germany invoice template

Germany invoice details to check

Enter the appropriate German tax number or VAT ID and use a unique invoice number.

An ordinary PDF is not a structured E-Rechnung. Review the transition rules, recipient consent and your customer’s required format.

Include both parties’ legal names and addresses, the supply date, an invoice number and a clear description of the work or goods. For public-sector or other mandatory electronic invoices, use the receiving authority’s accepted system.
