How to use this Croatia invoice template

  1. Add your business, customer and invoice dates.
  2. Choose your VAT registration status and the treatment that applies to every item.

Croatia invoice details to check

Use the VAT identifier assigned to your Croatian business; add the customer’s identifier to their details when required.

Covered domestic transactions between VAT-registered businesses require eInvoices from 2026. Complete fiscalization in your chosen service.

Include both parties’ legal names and addresses, the supply date, an invoice number and a clear description of the work or goods. For public-sector or other mandatory electronic invoices, use the receiving authority’s accepted system.
